You can also use the Files module to save information related to support tickets and configure the system so that your clients can send you files that will be linked to the ticket they refer to. Likewise, through support tickets, you can send files to your clients.

KEEP YOUR WORKERS' PAYROLLS

Easy sending and consultation of payrolls by the company and employees.

With the timenet file module you can attach your employees' pay slips quickly and securely. Each employee can consult and download them from their file space. You will also have a record of the last time they were downloaded.

You can automate the process of uploading each employee's payslips by setting up a filter that assigns each payslip to the appropriate person based on the file name, for example by including the employee's ID in the name of the PDF file. The configuration system for this process is free and therefore you can do it in the way that best suits your way of working.

This option streamlines administrative processes both for the company, which has an easy way to upload payslips for each employee, and for employees, who know that they always have their payslips available and therefore avoid having to request them from the company again when they need them and cannot find them.

In this way, the person who has to prepare the payrolls can review them and, in the case of expenses, add these amounts to the payrolls and at the same time have them available in case they ask for a labor inspection or to make the corresponding settlements when the company has previously given money or a credit card to the worker.
